What is the Printcious Sponsorship program?

The Printcious Sponsorship program is designed to support university, college, schools and/or any potential events for all kinds of people within Malaysia.

What if we have sponsored your event in the past?

If we have sponsored your event in the past that does not automatically mean we will be able to sponsor your event year after year. As much as we love to remain loyal to those who are loyal to us, we have limited resources, and every new application will go through the genuine test and standard procedure of verifications.

When to expect to hear from Printcious Gifts regarding the sponsorship request?

You will expect to hear from us after we received your event proposal, our sponsorship department representative will contact you through texting or email.

Is there an advantage to submitting a sponsorship application early?

Submitting a sponsorship application early has many advantages. There are several events with exclusive sponsorship levels and benefits as well as all events have a maximum amount of sponsorship spots.

By submitting a sponsorship application early, you have a much better chance to secure a spot at your desired sponsorship level and be included in all promotional materials. Plus, don't forget that the earlier you submit a sponsorship application, the further ahead you can plan for each event.

When to have sponsorship application submitted?

To be included in all of an event's promotional materials included with your sponsorship level, you must submit a proposal with absolute complete informations that no later than 30 days prior to your actual event date. However, sponsorship spots and benefits are limited in quantity, so the earlier you submit your application, the better chance you have of securing a spot.

What are the items will be sponsored by Printcious?

The items will be decided upon the negotiation between the event organizer and our company sponsorship department representation. Everything will be remain private and confidential, the sponsorship will be subjective to our company's charitable resources limitation for each and every category.

What would Printcious to expect in return for successful sponsorship applicant?

Printcious would expect certain number of social media awareness in a few method from you using social media strategies to delivering effective results within your social medial channels. There would be a few categories of awareness level that we acquired, every proposed method will be determined on the value of the amount/quantity that you wish to be sponsored for your event.

What if I succeed or failed to achieve the requirement?

Congrats to those who have succeed to complete the task within a certain period of time that given, and will received the sponsorship in full amount which initial what has agreed on.

For those who have failed to achieve the task will deserved a partial sponsorship instead of full sponsorship. It will be subjective based on case-to-case basis.

Great question. All you have to do is to do is email the event proposal to sponsorship@printcious.com

Is shipping fee covered by Printcious?

No, we only sponsor the product items, not including the shipping fee. You can come to our office to collect if you want or we can deliver to you.

Shipping fee for West Malaysia is around RM 20 for 10kg and for East Malaysia is around RM 150 for 10kg.

How many percentage of the mission we need to complete in order to get sponsored?

In order to get sponsorship from Printcious, you need to complete the mission at least 65% and above.

The mission needs to be completed 3 weeks before the event date so we can have more time to prepare.

If you complete 65%, we will sponsor 65% of the product items and we will offer the best price for remaining 35%.
