Payment Info
  • For order amount above RM 500, we will proceed your order after deposit payment is made. Minimum 70% deposit & balance 30% upon collection or before delivery.
  • For order amount RM 500 and below, we will proceed your order after full payment is made.
  • We will email you the sample photos after receiving the payment slip.
  • We accept payment via online funds transfer, cheques and cash deposit machine / ATM.
Shipping Info
  • Once sample is confirmed, production will begin and the order will be processed and shipped within the lead time as stated in quotation.
  • All orders will be shipped via Aramex courier service (unless otherwise noted) and should be received within 3-5 business days from time of shipment.
  • Shipping fee will be calculated based on delivery address, lead time, weight etc and will be mentioned in quotation.
  • Any additional tariffs, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and we can not offer a reimbursement for such fees.
