Dealer Program

 How do I join Dealer Program?

You can sign up at Dealer Create Account page.

After create account, you can top up and start enjoy our dealer price.


 How much is the entry fee?

To join, the first entry fee is RM 100 based on a Prepaid System.

RM 100 is your credit to place orders.


 Who can be a Printcious Dealer?

Printcious Dealer Program is suitable for photo studios, bridal shop, artists, gift shops, florists or anyone who wants to make money.


 How much profit can I make?

You can earn up to 100% profit from our selling price. Log in to check “My Profits” once you signed up. 


 What products can I print?

You can customise the DIY gifts such as t-shirts, mugs, puzzles, phone cases, cushions and many more here.


 How do I top up?

Log in to your account, click “My Account”, choose Top Up and submit. 


 If there a validity period for my paid credit?

There is no expiration date for all paid credits.


 Are there any sales target to achieve?

No sales target required.


 How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 working days, but often significantly quicker.

Thus, if you want to receive the gifts early, you may let us know when you place your order by stating it in the remarks section available.


 What happens if the item is broken or has defects?

 Do you provide artwork design service?

No, we do not. However, you may personalise gifts with your own design on the Printcious online design tool before you place the order in your cart.


 What file format should I save my artwork in?

JPG or PNG file (for artwork with transparent background). 


 How do I send my artwork?

Upload your artwork on Printcious online design tool during the order process. 


 Do you provide the delivery to my customer?

Yes. You can fill in the delivery information when placing the order. The sender information will be stated as Printcious. 


 How much is the shipping fee?

We charge a small shipping fee for each order to cover postage and packing.

The charges are as follows:
RM 8 for shipping in West Malaysia
RM 15 in East Malaysia.

 How do I terminate my account? If there is a balance in my account, is it refundable?

Just inform us that you would like to terminate your Account. Credit is not refundable, so make sure you use up your credit before terminating your account.


 How do I keep track of my orders and my account balance?

Log in to your account, click “My Account”, choose “My Orders” to track the orders.
The account balance will showed on top right side when you log in. 


 What is the minimum top up amount if my balance is insufficient?

The minimum top up amount is RM100 only.


 Can I place the orders if my account balance is insufficient?

No. You will need to top up your account to continue placing orders.


 Am I entitled to a discount for large orders?

Yes. You can enjoy the lower cost for bulk quantity order.
