  • What's the minimum order quantity for the fun run merchandise?
    Our bulk discount applies for orders of 100 pieces and above.
  • What's the production lead time?
    Typically 14–21 days after artwork and sample approval. Rush orders can be arranged upon request.
  • Can you help with design?
    Yes! Just share your fun run event theme, logos, and text, and our designer will create a layout for you. A RM100 design fee applies.
  • Do you deliver to the event venue?
    Absolutely. We provide nationwide delivery, with clearly labelled cartons for easy distribution.
  • What are your payment terms?
    We require a 70% deposit to start production, with the balance due before delivery. Corporate credit terms are available upon approval.
  • Do you support charity or fundraising events?
    Yes, we do! Ask us about cost-sharing options and sponsorship branding opportunities to help make your fun run event a success.
