Picture is slightly blurry after printing but the colour quality is great and the size of the mug is slightly larger than expected, which is good. The price is also very affordable taking into account of quality and deliver time. It was delivered only 2 days after it was ordered and packaging was amazing. The service of printcious is good, fast delivery in a fordable price. I like your service and the mug design in your website. However, not all customer can design their own mug, and the website is a bit difficult to design the mug. Therefore, it's suggested to put more templates in the website so the customer can just choose the template the just change the picture and text. Also, the system is not able to change the image background and make the image transparent, improve the system for this.

It was a good but had a small crack on side. The picture was good.

I had a pleasant experience shopping on this site. The only problem I had was the option Add 1 more is not visible so I ended up re-doing after realising the additional mug was not added into the shopping cart. Otherwise, it is pretty to navigate. I like the idea of personalising the gift.. Will be good to have more choice on the fonts and besides text, option to add photo. Different colour mugs will be good too. White is more versatile.

Picture is slightly blurry after printing but the colour quality is great and the size of the mug is slightly larger than expected, which is good. The price is also very affordable taking into account of quality and deliver time. It was delivered only 2 days after it was ordered and packaging was amazing. Boxes with a styrofoam holder were provided and looked really beautiful. Overall, amazing buy. Would totally recommend to others 100%.

For some reason, I think the printed photo are a little bit blur and I believe there are ways to improve on this and hopefully Printcious can put effort in proucing a higher resolution printed materials.
