Printcious 的送货方式有哪些？

我们由 Aramex 快递公司直接送货。如果在吉隆坡/雪兰莪区域内，也可以安排 Lalamove 当天送货服务。

有最低购买金额吗？

对于批量订单，最小订购数量为 30 件。

我可以从 Printcious 获得什么样的打印质量？

我们致力于为客户提供最高质量的结果。

但是，请务必记住，产品的最终质量将取决于您提供给我们的图像质量。

退货和退款怎么办？

如果商品在运输过程中出现瑕疵，我们提供换货和退款服务。

退货流程很简单。请拍下瑕疵商品的照片，然后通过WhatsApp短信发送给我们的销售顾问。换货运费由我们承担。

退货政策自您收到商品之日起30天内有效。

可以送货到多个地址吗？

对于 RM 2,000 或以上的订单，我们将在支付定金后处理订单。交货前至少 70% 的定金和 30% 的余额。

300 dpi 是打印的最佳图形分辨率。任何低于此值的 dpi 都将导致打印质量不佳。最终印刷品质量由客户提供的文件决定。

我需要以什么格式提交我的设计/艺术品？

我们的图形团队可以处理大多数图形文件，例如 JPEG/PNG/AI/PSD/PDF 文件。

我没有任何想法或艺术品。 Printcious 会为我设计吗？

我们会根据设计复杂程度和订单数量帮助客户收费或免费设计他们的产品。

哪种颜色模式合适？
