Pin it through a firm part of the clothing, such as a collar edge, a lanyard strap or a bag strap, rather than thin fabric that tears or sags. Closing the pin fully and wearing the badge flat against the garment stops it flipping over.

Yes, the badges are printed in digital high resolution full colour. You can also give different departments or teams their own logo or name on the same base design, which is handy when one order has to serve several groups.

Yes. A proof is sent to you for sign-off prior to printing, and minor changes can still be made before production begins. If you spot a typo or an outdated logo, reply quickly so the correction goes in before the run starts.

Yes, corporate bulk orders start from 20 pieces. This works for a small team or a single branch, and the same base design can carry different names or logos per department within one order, so list the variations when you request a quotation.

Yes, digital high resolution full-colour printing handles photos, gradients and many brand colours on a safety pin badge. Because the badge face is small, choose a sharp image at 300 DPI and avoid fine detail in a photo, as the printed result can only be as clear as the file you send.

Supply JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD or PDF files, 300 DPI, CMYK. The page says print quality follows the picture you send, so a logo stretched to fill a badge will look soft, and outlined fonts in AI files stop text shifting.

The page shows the available sizes as an image rather than listing dimensions in text, and it mentions a 58 mm size. Choose the diameter by what the badge must carry: a logo alone reads well on a smaller badge, while a name and job title need more room. Tell us the size you have in mind when you request a quotation and we will confirm the match.

Yes, you can request a sample before placing a bulk order. Check the pin strength, the finish and the print sharpness on a real badge, as small text is the first thing to look at, and wear it for a few hours to see whether it stays put, then confirm your quantity.

Yes, safety pin badges are light, quick to pin on and easy to carry in bulk boxes, so promoters can hand them out at a booth and visitors wear them straight away. A bold single message or logo works best, since people read a badge from a short distance.

Yes, you can choose either a glossy or a matte finish. Glossy makes colours look brighter and more saturated, while matte reduces glare under event lighting and camera flash, so matte often photographs better for staff who wear the badge all day, while glossy suits bright promotional artwork.

Yes, the page says they suit retail and event giveaways, and they can be paired with other branded items such as T-shirts, caps, lanyards and wristbands. A badge at the entrance and a matching lanyard for staff creates a consistent look across the event.

As a rule of thumb, pick matte for staff who will be photographed, glossy for bright promotional designs, and a larger size when your design has small text. Then request a quotation or chat on WhatsApp with your quantity and artwork, and we will confirm the best fit.
