Your Custom Kids T-shirts Printing Service With Better Price & Better Quality in United States

Kids t-shirts suit school sports days, class trips, kindergarten events and company family days, where a group of children needs to be recognised easily. Pick a bright shirt colour for outings so teachers or organisers can spot the group at a glance.

Yes. Print sizes run from A6 to A5, which suits a chest crest or a medium front graphic on smaller shirts, and DTF handles full-colour artwork. Send the artwork as a clear, high-resolution file so a school crest or class logo stays sharp at that size.

Yes, bulk orders start at 20 pieces. That fits a school class, kindergarten, sports club or company family day ordering together, but not a single child's shirt. If different groups need different designs, list each design and its headcount in the enquiry.

Yes, DTF handles colourful cartoons and gradients on cotton, within the A6 to A5 print area listed on the page. White or light shirts show bright colours best, so choose them for a colourful class or school design, and keep the artwork inside that area so no detail sits near the edge.

JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD and PDF are accepted at 300 DPI in CMYK. Children's designs often start as hand drawings or photos, so scan them flat at high resolution instead of photographing them at an angle, and keep text large enough to read at A6 or A5 size.

The page says these shirts are built to withstand washdown without shrinking or tearing, which matters for school and activity wear. To keep the print bright, wash the shirts inside out, avoid bleach and skip hot tumble drying, because heat is the fastest way to dull a printed design.

The page lists sizes from XS to 3XL, but it does not publish age or height sizing. Since children's fit varies by brand, ask for the size chart when you request a quotation and match it to your children's heights rather than guessing from age.

Yes, the kids t-shirt is 100% cotton at 160 gsm, with a ribbed neck and wide-cut arms. A 160 gsm cotton is a light-to-medium weight, comfortable for classroom or outdoor use, and colours include white, black, grey and red, with others available.

Yes, you approve a mockup before any printing begins. The artwork can still be revised after you place the order, and small edits are accepted up to the start of production. Ask a teacher or manager to proofread names and spelling at this stage.

Yes, samples can be requested before a bulk order. Ask for the size or two that you expect to use most, then compare the fit against a few children before you confirm the full quantity, and agree the sample details together with your quotation.

DTF suits colourful cartoons, photos and gradients, silkscreen suits one simple design repeated across a big class or school batch, and embroidery suits a small crest. Because the print sizes are A6 to A5, bold shapes and thick lines read better than tiny details.

Start with the headcount and the artwork: a single bold colour design suits silkscreen for large school batches, while a colourful illustration suits DTF. The 160 gsm cotton works for most uses. Request a quotation or chat on WhatsApp and we will confirm sizes and print setup.
