PVC ID cards are printed in full colour by digital printing, so photos, logos and small text come out crisp on the smooth plastic. Both sides can carry artwork, and a clear space around the edges keeps the design from being trimmed.

The page says printed PVC cards typically last several years with proper care. Daily swiping, bending in a wallet and heat, such as a car dashboard, shorten that life, so use a hard card holder and keep the cards away from direct sun and hot surfaces.

Yes, PVC ID cards suit staff passes, visitor and contractor passes and event access cards, because the plastic is firmer than paper and survives daily handling. Membership and VIP cards use the same format with different branding, so one supplier can cover every card type.

The page lists membership, ID, VIP, calendar, warranty, student, staff and offer cards. They share the same PVC format, so the main differences are your layout and information. A VIP or membership card often uses bolder branding, while a staff or student card puts a clear photo and name first.

Yes, bulk orders of ID and PVC cards start at 20 pieces. That fits a new-staff intake, a membership launch or a school term, but it is not designed for a single personal card. If you will need fresh batches regularly, tell us the likely yearly volume so quotations stay consistent.

Yes, cards can be printed one-sided or double-sided, using UV printing and digital high-resolution full colour. Double-sided is handy for putting the photo and name on the front and a QR code, emergency contact or rules on the back, though it affects the quotation.

JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD and PDF files are accepted, at 300 DPI in CMYK. Because card text is small, such as names and ID numbers, outline the fonts in AI files and keep text clear of the card edge so nothing is trimmed or looks cramped when the card is cut.

The card on this page measures 86mm x 54mm and is 0.76mm thick, with a matte finish. That is the familiar bank-card format, so it fits standard card holders, wallets and most lanyard card holders without trimming. Design your artwork to that ratio to avoid stretching.

Yes, a mockup of the card is sent for approval before printing. The design can still be revised after you order, so check spelling, colours and layout of the card carefully, as names and titles are hard to fix once cards are printed.

Yes, samples can be requested before placing a bulk order. A real card lets you judge the matte finish, the stiffness at 0.76mm and how the print looks. Share your layout and the card type you need, and ask the team how the sample will be arranged.

No, the page states these ID cards are not suitable for NFC. They are printed identification and membership cards, so if you need tap-to-enter door access, arrange the access technology separately. They still work as visual ID alongside a separate access card.

For staff who badge in daily, pick a double-sided card with a hard card holder and a lanyard in a matching colour, which the page offers. For one-off events a one-sided card is enough. Request a quotation with your card type and volume, or chat with us on WhatsApp for a recommendation.
