Custom Wooden Coasters – Stylish, Natural & Brand-Building

The page describes them as premium wood without naming the species, so we cannot promise a particular type such as rubberwood or beech here. If your brand needs a specific look or grain, request a quotation and ask which wood is available for your order.

Yes, the page lists engraving as the print method for wooden coasters, so your logo is etched into the wood. Engraving gives a one-tone burnt look rather than full colour, so simple solid logos and clean lines reproduce best, while very fine gradients will not.

The minimum is 20 pieces for corporate bulk orders. That makes wooden coasters practical for hotel and restaurant sets, client gift boxes or staff welcome kits, though not for one-off personal purchases. Request a quotation with your target quantity to confirm what fits your plan.

Yes, an engraved wooden coaster feels more premium than paper and stays on a desk or bar for years, so your logo is seen repeatedly. They suit client gift sets, hotel amenities and anniversary giveaways where a lasting, natural-looking item is wanted.

Yes, a proof or mockup of your coaster design is sent for approval before production starts. Revisions are still possible after you place the order, so check the logo size and placement on the 10cm surface carefully before approving, and reply with any changes you want.

Yes, if the lettering is bold and simple. On a 10cm coaster, very thin strokes or tiny text can burn into a blur, so choose a sturdy font, keep important words large enough to read at arm's length and leave clear space around the logo before you approve the proof.

Not through engraving, which burns the wood to a dark brown tone, so the mark takes the shade of the wood rather than a brand colour. Lighter woods give stronger contrast, so ask about the wood tone when you request a quotation, or choose a full-colour coaster if colour matters most.

Wooden coasters should be wiped with a damp cloth and dried straight away rather than soaked or put in a dishwasher, since long contact with water can make wood swell or warp. The page does not state a protective coating, so ask us in your quotation if you need one.

JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD and PDF files are accepted, with 300 DPI as the best resolution. Because engraving reads dark and light areas, a high-contrast black logo on white works better than a pale one, and AI files should have their text outlined first.

The wooden coasters are 10cm, available in round or square. The page does not state thickness or offer other dimensions, so request a quotation if you need a larger or thicker size and we will tell you whether it can be made.

Absolutely, a sample is available on request ahead of any bulk order, so you can hold it and judge the wood tone and how deep the engraving cuts. When you request a quotation or chat with us on WhatsApp, include your logo so the sample reflects your real artwork.

Choose wooden coasters when you want an engraved, premium natural look that lasts; paper for short events, PVC for bright full-colour wipe-clean prints. Tell us the quantity and occasion by quotation request or WhatsApp, and we will point you to the right one.
