Custom Pencils – Stylish Branding for Every Occasion

Yes, pencils are printed with digital high-resolution full colour, so a multi-colour logo or company name is possible. The barrel is long and narrow, so a short name or slogan running along the length reads better than a wide horizontal logo.

Pencils are practical handouts for seminars, school programmes and exhibitions because people use them straight away and recipients rarely refuse one. A printed name or slogan keeps your brand in sight on desks and in notebooks long after the event ends.

Check the minimum order, the print method and whether a proof is shown before production. Ask the supplier which pencil styles and body colours are really available, and compare quotations using the same quantity so the options you are weighing are truly comparable.

Yes, the page states a minimum of 20 pieces for bulk orders. Custom pencils are handled as corporate bulk orders for schools, seminars and events, so send your planned quantity with your quotation request and the team will confirm it.

It depends on contrast: dark text on a dark barrel is hard to read, while a light or bright barrel carries dark text clearly. The page lists various body colours, so choose the colour with your artwork in mind and check the mockup before approving.

The team accepts JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD and PDF, with 300 DPI and CMYK colour mode recommended. Minor artwork changes can still be made before production begins, so a quick fix to a typo does not mean starting the order again.

The page says the pencils are crafted with quality materials for smooth writing and durability. Sharpening shortens a pencil from the tip, so keep your text clear of the sharpened end if you want the name to stay readable through regular use.

Yes, the page says pencils are available in various colours and styles, though it lists no fixed sizes or shade names. Tell the team the length and body colour you want in your quotation request, and pick a colour that contrasts strongly with your print.

Yes. Pick design help when completing the order form, and the team sets up your pencil artwork. A mockup is shown to you for approval prior to printing, and changes are still welcome after you order, so use the mockup to check how your name sits along the narrow barrel.

Yes, a sample can be requested ahead of a bulk order, letting you see how the print sits on the pencil barrel and how it feels to write with. Include your artwork in the enquiry so the sample looks like the real thing, and check the sample terms with the team.

The page does not list eraser options, so ask the team whether an eraser tip is available for the pencil style you want. If it is, keep the print on the barrel clear of the metal band that holds the eraser, since that area is usually left blank.

For schools and seminars, choose a bright body colour with a short dark name along the barrel. For client gifts, use a calmer colour with your logo in one tone. Share your audience and quantity, then request a quotation or chat on WhatsApp.
