Custom Corporate Gifts & Premium Gifts Supplier in Every Country

A corporate bulk order is a company purchase of customised merchandise in quantity, for staff, clients, events or campaigns, rather than a single personal item. Typical examples are branded T-shirts, mugs, tote bags, lanyards and gift sets, starting from 20 pieces.

Yes, the page states a minimum of 20 pieces for a bulk order, and it applies to all items. Printcious serves corporate bulk orders rather than single-item retail purchases, so confirm the quantity for each product when you request a quotation.

Most items use digital high-resolution full-colour printing, but the method follows the product. Listings point to sublimation for garments, embroidery for patches, and enamel or acrylic for pins, so a T-shirt, a patch and a pin are each made differently. Ask the team which method suits each item you pick.

Yes, items are customised with digital high-resolution full-colour printing, so a multi-colour logo is not a problem. Your design must fit the product size and printing guidelines, and the team will flag any fine detail, such as very thin lines or tiny text, that will not print cleanly.

A vector file such as AI or PDF gives the sharpest result across different products, though a high-resolution PNG or JPEG also works. Outline the text in AI files and avoid low-resolution screenshots, because final print quality follows the image you supply.

Changing your design after ordering is still possible. Before anything is printed you receive a proof or mockup to approve, and that is your moment to examine where the logo sits, whether the colours look right and whether every word is spelt correctly.

Yes, you can request a sample before committing to a bulk order. A digital mockup or physical sample is also presented for your final approval before mass production begins, so ask for it when you request a quotation, and mention the product you want to see first.

Yes, the page highlights ceramic mugs, non-woven bags and cork coasters as eco-friendly options. If sustainability matters to your campaign, say so when you request a quotation, and ask for each item's material details before you describe the order as green in your own communications.

Bulk order items fit onboarding days, conferences, training sessions, roadshows, AGMs and staff uniform programmes. Drinkwares and stationery suit meeting-room events, bags and caps suit outdoor roadshows, and lanyards help any event that needs name badges. Pick the event first, then choose the item that people will carry or wear.

The page lists 18 categories, including Gift Sets, Clothing, Drinkwares, Bags, Identities, Stationeries, Electronics, Pens, Umbrellas and Trophies and Awards. Each category page shows its own items, so start with the one that matches your event, campaign or audience and then compare items inside it.

For staff, daily-use items such as mugs, notebooks, tote bags and T-shirts get used often and keep your logo visible. For clients, a gift set or a power bank feels more considered. Match the item to the audience and the occasion, because a welcome day and a client dinner call for different gifts.

Pick by audience and purpose: apparel and bags for staff teams, drinkwares and stationery for everyday use, electronics or gift sets for clients. Then request a quotation or chat on WhatsApp with your quantity and event type, and the team will suggest suitable options from the range.
