Custom Cooler Bag Printing

Yes, the page lists screen printing and DTF printing with heat transfer for cooler bags. Screen printing suits a bold one- or two-colour logo in volume, while DTF reproduces gradients and full-colour artwork, so choose by how detailed your design is.

For office lunches or staff gifts, pick a compact 5-10 litre soft bag; for picnics, sports days or long drives, go for 15-25 litres with a waterproof liner. Tell us the use and quantity, then request a quotation or chat on WhatsApp.

Cooler bags are normally screen printed or heat transferred onto the outer fabric, usually on the main front panel or a flat pocket. The insulated foil lining inside is not printed, and zips and seams are kept clear of the logo area.

Yes, you can order custom cooler bags from 20 pieces for a corporate bulk order. That quantity already covers a staff lunch day, an outdoor event or a catering programme, and larger runs across different capacities are discussed when you request a quotation.

Per the page, soft coolers are lightweight and foldable, ideal for casual use, while hard-shell models hold ice longer for camping. Foldable styles save space for travel. For branded giveaways, soft bags are easier to print, store and hand out in volume.

Yes, a cooler bag logo can use more than one colour, and strong contrast with the outer fabric keeps it readable from a distance. Two or three solid colours print cleanly, while very fine gradients are better avoided on textured fabric.

Yes, JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD and PDF files are all handled. For screen printing, send a clean vector logo with outlined fonts; for DTF, 300 DPI artwork in CMYK keeps colours accurate. A proof is sent for approval before printing.

The page notes that compact 5-10 litre insulated bags typically stay cool for about 3-5 hours, depending on the lining and how often the bag is opened. Pre-chilling the contents and adding ice packs helps, so brief recipients if the bag is meant for longer trips.

The page's guidance mentions compact bags of about 5-10 litres for office lunches and larger 15-25 litre bags for picnics or long drives. Exact capacities depend on the model, so tell us what you plan to carry and request a quotation.

Yes, ask for a sample before ordering in bulk. Fill it with cold items, check how the zip and lining behave and see the logo on the real fabric; stating your preferred capacity helps the team send something close to the final cooler bag.

Yes, cooler bags keep drinks and meal packs cool at staff lunches, picnic days and sports days, and employees can reuse them for their own lunches afterwards. A printed logo on the front panel keeps your company visible every time the bag is carried.

The page says the bags use aluminium foil for better insulation and temperature retention, and insulation slows heat transfer in both directions. They can keep a warm meal pack warm for a while, but they are not heated, so do not promise long hot-holding.
