Custom Tumbler Insert Paper Printing

Yes, bulk orders begin at 20 pieces, so these tumblers are meant for corporate programmes such as staff gifts, product launches and event packs. Share your target quantity in the quotation request and we will confirm everything against your design.

A tumbler is used all day, and a changeable full-colour insert turns it into a mini billboard for your campaign, product launch or event theme. It suits corporate gifts, loyalty rewards and conference giveaways where you want more visual impact than a small logo.

Yes, the insert paper is printed digitally at high resolution in full colour, so photos, gradients and detailed brand artwork all work. Because the artwork sits in the tumbler's insert space rather than on the outer surface, you get a bright image that stands out.

It is a tumbler with a dedicated space for a printed paper sheet, so the design shows through the cup instead of being printed on its outside. That makes it a good canvas for photos or campaign artwork, and the artwork can be customised for every order.

Bright, high-contrast artwork reads best through the clear tumbler wall. Leave a margin around the edge so text is not trimmed, and avoid very dark full-page backgrounds, which can hide the drink inside and make the tumbler look heavy. Check the colours on the mockup before approving.

Yes, JPEG and PNG photos are accepted alongside AI, PSD and PDF files. Use a sharp image at 300 DPI in CMYK mode, because a low-resolution picture will look soft once enlarged, and outline the fonts in AI files so your text stays intact.

Since the printed sheet sits in the tumbler's insert space instead of on the outer surface, it is shielded from the rubbing that wears external prints. Hand wash the tumbler and keep the insert area dry; ask us how your chosen model handles water around the paper.

The page calls them durable and high quality but does not name the exact material, so request a quotation to confirm it for the model you pick. Ask at the same time whether the tumbler suits hot drinks, since that depends on the build.

Yes, you approve a mockup first, and it should show how your artwork looks inside the tumbler's insert space. Changes are still possible after ordering, with small artwork tweaks welcome until production starts, so check the layout, crop and colours carefully on that preview before approving.

Yes, the tumbler itself stays the same while the insert artwork carries the theme, so one product can serve a Hari Raya, Chinese New Year or year-end campaign with a new design each time. Brand teams also use the insert for product launches, anniversaries and loyalty programme themes.

It depends on the artwork. Insert paper suits photos and full-colour campaign visuals and keeps the print protected, while direct printing on the surface suits a simple logo and a cleaner look. Tell us your design and we can recommend which to use.

Start from your artwork: choose this style when you have photos or a full-colour campaign graphic to show, and a plain logo-only tumbler when the design is minimal. Request a quotation or chat on WhatsApp with your quantity and we will help you pick.
