What are the Printcious shipping options?

We deliver it directly by Aramex courier. Lalamove's same-day delivery service can also be arranged if within the KL / Selangor area.

What about the returns & refunds?

We offer replacements and refunds for defective items in the event of a defect during shipping.

The return process is simple. Please take a picture of the defective items, then send a WhatsApp text to our sales consultant. Exchange shipping costs will be borne by us.

The return policy is only valid for 30 days from the moment you receive it.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses?

Depending on your order quantity, normally after payment, all orders below 500 pieces will be shipped out within 4 - 8 working days for West Malaysia and 6 - 10 working days for East Malaysia.

What are Printcious' payment terms?

For orders RM 2,000 and above, we will process the order after payment of the deposit. At least 70% deposit and 30% balance before delivery.

For orders below RM 2,000, we will process your order after full payment.

What types of fonts can I use in my design?

You can use whatever font in your design. If you design it with an AI file, make sure you have created the outline for us.

What is the optimal design resolution?

300 DPI is the optimal graphic resolution for printing. Any DPI less than this will result in poor print quality. The final printed product quality is determined by the file provided by the customer.

What format do I need to submit my design/artwork?

Our graphic team can handle most graphic files, such as JPEG/PNG/AI/PSD/PDF files.

I don't have any ideas or artwork. Will Printcious design for me?

We do help customer to design their products for a fee or for free, depending on the design complexity and order quantity.

Which colour mode is appropriate?

Make sure your designs are in CMYK colour mode. Using colour mode or code in RGB or Pantone may cause colour variations in the printed result.

What if I need to update my artwork after placing the order?

Minor changes can be accommodated before production begins. Contact our team promptly to discuss any modifications.

Uses of Enamel Pins / Collars Pins / Lapel Pins

Enamel pins make it easy to recognise members of prominent clubs and organisations. Besides being used as showpieces, lapel pins have served several good causes like cancer awareness, protection of wildlife, environment protection, and fundraising.

Lapel pins are made from methods and materials like enamel, offset printed, silkscreen, die struck, and photo-etched. In the photo-etched lapels, the image is transferred from the negative of a photograph onto the surface of the metal. Using acid, it is then etched, cleaned, and then colored. If many colours are used on the emblem, the colouring is done one at a time by hand.

It is then baked for 12-15 minutes at 450 F (232℃), after which it is cut into the required shape and polished.

Of course, custom-made lapels are normally quite expensive, but ordering in larger quantities significantly reduces the per-item cost..

The photo-etched lapels are the best choice for intricate designs. They are highly polished with a smooth finish, and the logo and text are clear.

They are also given as awards to encourage employees in the quest for excellence. and are used by, top ranking students and ones holding important positions in their school to show their identity and position.
