Notebook, Pen, Coaster & Ceramic Mug Gift Set - GS07 for Premium Branding

Yes, the page promotes digital high-resolution full-colour printing, and the mug is described as ceramic. Ceramic takes a crisp print, but the surface is curved, so keep key text away from the handle side. Look at the proof to confirm where the logo sits on the mug before approving.

Yes, the page says each item has ample space for customisation, and the coaster is one of the four. A flat coaster can hold a larger, more detailed logo than the curved mug or the slim pen. Confirm the exact position on the proof.

Yes, the FAQ states a 20-piece minimum for bulk orders. Plan around one notebook, one pen, one coaster and one ceramic mug per person, so a team of 20 means 80 individual items to produce and pack in total. Orders above that are quoted by quantity.

Yes, the page says print quality depends on the image you provide, and it recommends 300 DPI in CMYK. Phone screenshots or logos saved from a website usually print soft, so ask your designer for the original file. Two colours at most keeps the look tidy.

Ceramic can chip or crack if dropped, so ask how the mugs are packed before the set goes out. If sets will be carried around at roadshows, handle them as you would glassware, or consider a sturdier item for rough conditions. Padded cartons and a few spare units reduce the risk of damaged pieces.

The mug is ceramic and the pen is plastic. The notebook is described as premium and the coaster as protective, but neither material is named, so ask for those details when you request a quotation if they matter. This matters most if recipients are particular about paper.

Yes, you will receive a proof before the mug goes into printing, and you can still ask for the design to be revised once the order is in. Look at the mug and the coaster layouts separately, plus any minor edits the page says are accepted before production begins.

Yes, you can request a sample before placing a bulk order. With four items to judge, ask to see the mug and coaster in your chosen colour, since that pair tends to show colour differences most clearly. Bring the sample to your decision meeting if you can.

Yes, training workshops are among the occasions the page lists. Participants write in the notebook, rest the mug on the coaster beside them, and keep the matching pen in hand for exercises. A four-item kit also looks organised when trainers hand it out at registration.

Twelve colours are listed, from Navy and Black to Silver, Pink and Yellow. Use one colour family across the set so it looks coordinated, and pick a shade that contrasts with your logo. The page does not show which item has which colour.

Yes, it works well for AGMs and similar meetings, since attendees take notes with the notebook and pen and use the mug and coaster during the session. The set is also positioned for corporate events and onboarding. Order a few extra for guests and committee members.

Choose this set for meeting-room audiences who write and drink during sessions. For a simpler set compare notebook and pen sets, and for outdoor events look at bag sets, then request a quotation or chat on WhatsApp. Share your headcount for a quicker recommendation.
