Custom Embroidery Patch Printing

Yes, patches can be made with durable embroidery details to match your logo and a wide range of colours. Embroidery handles bold shapes and lettering well, but very fine lines, tiny text or gradients may need simplifying to stitch cleanly.

The page mentions iron-on patches, so a heat-applied backing is available. Confirm the backing you want when you request a quotation, and note that iron-on suits cotton and polyester blends best, while heat-sensitive fabrics or heavy-wear uniforms are often safer with a sewn-on finish.

Your logo is first converted into a stitch file, then a machine sews it in thread onto a fabric base to form the patch. Because every line is a row of stitches, very thin lines and tiny text can fill in, so ask for a simplified version of detailed artwork.

Send JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD or PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK mode. Any font may be used, but outline the text in AI files. A clean, flat logo with few colours is easiest to convert into stitches, so avoid shadows and soft edges.

Yes, corporate bulk orders start from 20 pieces. That fits a uniform rollout for one department or a school club, and you can state any size or design variations when you request a quotation so the thread colours and stitch detail stay consistent across the batch.

Yes, the page offers a wide range of colours, and thread shades are chosen to sit as close as possible to your brand colours. Thread is not ink, so a close match rather than an exact one is realistic, and the proof and sample help you confirm the result.

Yes, embroidery is a durable finish, and the page highlights durable embroidery details. To extend the life of the patches, wash the uniform inside out on a gentle cycle and avoid high heat from dryers or irons, which can loosen the backing before the stitching wears.

The page says a wide range of colours, sizes and shapes is offered but does not publish a size chart. Share the size in centimetres and the shape you need, such as round, shield or rectangle, and keep lettering large enough to stitch clearly.

You approve a proof before production starts, and the design can be revised after ordering. Stitching is hard to undo once sewn, so use the proof stage to settle lettering, thread colours and border width with care, ideally with a colleague.

Yes, you can request a sample before placing a bulk order. Examine the stitch density, the edge finish and the backing on a real patch, and test attaching it to a spare uniform, then wash it once to see how it behaves, before you confirm your quantity.

Embroidered patches use stitched thread for a raised, textured look that suits bold logos and uniforms, while printed patches reproduce photos and gradients in flat full colour. Choose embroidery for a classic badge feel and a printed one for detailed artwork.

A good rule of thumb: choose embroidery for bold logos and lettering on uniforms, and keep text large and lines thick. If your design has photos, gradients or very fine detail, request a quotation and ask about the printed alternative, or chat with us on WhatsApp.
