Custom Cork Coaster Printing

Yes, the page lists them as made from natural, eco-friendly cork. Cork is a renewable material, which makes these coasters a fitting choice when your gift programme or hospitality brand wants a sustainability message alongside practical table protection for guests.

Yes, the page describes digital, high-resolution full-colour printing. Natural cork is warm brown and slightly textured, so colours look softer than on white paper; choose bold, dark or high-contrast artwork, and use the mockup we send to judge the result before production.

Yes, we handle corporate bulk orders, and the minimum is 20 pieces, so a single set for home use is not what this service is for. For hotels, cafes and company gifts, send your quantity with the quotation request and we will confirm details.

JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD and PDF files can be used. Aim for 300 DPI and CMYK, convert AI text to outlines, and avoid hairline strokes or tiny text, which can get lost on cork's textured grain. Simple, solid shapes print most cleanly.

Cork resists moisture and the page says the coasters guard tables from water stains, spills and scratches, but cork is not fully waterproof. Wipe wet rings away promptly and let the coaster dry flat, because a coaster left damp for days can start to mould.

Yes, the page says they come in various sizes and shapes, though it lists no exact dimensions. Round suits a classic cafe look, while square gives more print area for a logo and message, so tell us your preference when requesting a quotation.

Yes, you approve a mockup before the coasters are printed, and revisions remain possible after ordering. Because natural cork is brown and textured, the preview is useful for judging contrast, so look closely at how thin lines and light colours come across before signing off.

Yes, placing one coaster at each seat is an easy way to brand gala dinners, seminar tables and product launch receptions. Print the event name and theme next to your logo, so guests who take theirs home are reminded of the occasion every time they use it.

Yes, cork insulates well, so a mug of coffee or tea will not mark a desk or table. It is meant for cups, not a pan or pot straight off the stove, and a damp, hot cup may leave a faint ring on the cork, which does not harm the surface underneath.

For most corporate uses, yes: cork is lighter, warmer to the touch and grips glasses without sliding, while thin wood can crack or warp when damp. Choose wood only when you want a heavier, more rustic feel for a premium table setting.

Coasters sit in front of people on desks and tables every day, so your logo gets repeated exposure without feeling pushy. They are light to post, practical for offices, cafes and hotel rooms, and a natural cork finish suits eco-minded brands.

Choose round for a classic cafe look and square when you want more space for a logo plus a short message. Keep artwork bold on the brown cork surface. Request a quotation or chat on WhatsApp with your quantity and use, and we will suggest a size and shape.
