Custom PVC Coaster Printing

Yes, PVC coasters are made with UV flatbed printing, which gives vivid full-colour prints with your logo or artwork. Because the ink is cured onto a flat surface, fine lines and gradients stay crisp, so detailed brand artwork is not a problem.

It depends on use. PVC is soft, wipe-clean and holds vivid prints, so it suits bars, offices and hotels. Paper is light and practical to hand out at events, wood and bamboo feel natural, and PU leather looks premium. Choose PVC when you want durability with bright full-colour artwork.

Yes, PVC coasters start at 20 pieces for corporate bulk orders. Small personal quantities are not what we serve, so this page suits companies ordering for staff, clients, hotels or restaurants. Request a quotation with your intended quantity and we will confirm the details.

A UV flatbed printer lays ink onto the flat coaster face and cures it instantly under UV light, so the colour sits dry on the surface instead of soaking in. Because the ink is cured rather than absorbed, bright fills and fine lines stay sharp and resist smudging.

We accept JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD and PDF files, ideally at 300 DPI in CMYK colour mode. With AI files, outline the fonts first. Sending RGB or Pantone references may shift the final colour a little, so CMYK keeps results closest to your screen.

PVC does not absorb liquid, so spills stay on the surface and the coaster can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Avoid scrubbing hard on the printed face, and keep it away from strong solvents, which can dull any printed coaster.

The PVC coasters measure 10cm across and are 5mm thick, available in either a round or square shape. The 5mm body gives a soft, cushioned feel under a glass, and it leaves room for a sizeable logo on the printed face.

Yes, nothing is printed until you have approved a mockup. If the layout, wording or colours need adjusting, say so even after the order is placed and the artwork can be revised, so go through the mockup line by line when it reaches you.

Yes, you can request a sample before committing to a bulk order. It lets you feel the 5mm thickness and check how your colours look on the printed face. Ask through a quotation request or WhatsApp, and share the artwork you intend to print.

Yes, PVC does not absorb liquid, so spills and rain splash wipe straight off, which suits poolside bars, garden parties, resort lounges and outdoor sports events. The soft 5mm body also helps glasses sit steadily, while a paper coaster would soak and curl in the same setting.

PVC coasters are popular for restaurant tables, hotel rooms, office desks and corporate gift sets, where a durable, wipe-clean coaster matters more than a disposable one. Their softness protects table surfaces, and the printed face keeps your brand visible daily.

Pick PVC when you want a durable, wipe-clean coaster with bright full-colour artwork. Choose wooden or bamboo for an engraved natural look, and paper for short events. Request a quotation or chat on WhatsApp with your quantity and use, and we will recommend one.
