Custom Visor Cap Printing

A visor cap has a brim but an open top, so heat escapes and it suits running, tennis, golf and sports days, while a full cap covers the head and gives more sun protection on top. Pick a visor for breathability in warm weather.

The page names digital full-colour printing as the method for visor caps and does not mention embroidery, so ask the team before assuming it is available. In general, embroidery suits small, simple logos, while printing handles gradients and many colours.

The page positions them for outdoor events, sports teams and corporate branding. They are worn at eye level in photos, so a printed logo on the visor gets seen on staff, volunteers and participants throughout a run or sports day.

Yes, the page gives 20 pieces as the minimum for bulk orders. Visor caps are usually ordered for teams, staff or participants, so count the headcount for your event or squad and include that number when you request a quotation.

The page does not publish a colour list for the visor caps, so ask for the available shades when you request a quotation. Pick a cap colour that contrasts strongly with your logo, and check the mockup to see how the print reads against the visor panel before you approve it.

Yes, the page offers vibrant logos, slogans or creative designs using digital high-resolution full-colour printing. The visor is a curved, fairly narrow panel, so a compact horizontal logo fits better than a tall one, and a simple mark prints more cleanly than fine detail.

Send JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD or PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK. Because the printed area is small, a low-resolution or stretched image shows up quickly, and the page notes print quality depends on the file you supply, so send the original logo, not a photo of it.

Yes, the page describes the visor caps as adjustable, so one size can fit different head sizes in a team, which keeps ordering simple for mixed groups. No size chart or colour list is published, so request the available colours with your quotation.

Yes, a proof or mockup of the design is sent for approval before printing. Revisions are still possible after ordering, and the page says minor artwork changes are accepted before production begins, so check logo position and colours on the proof.

Yes, samples can be requested before you place a bulk order. It is a good idea for headwear, because you can check the fit, the adjustable strap and how the print looks on the visor before ordering for the whole group.

Visor caps suit sports days, fun runs, outdoor roadshows, golf tournaments and volunteer teams, because the open top keeps wearers cooler in the sun. Hand them out at registration so the whole group is easy to spot in photos, and pick one colour per team if you run a competition.

Choose a visor cap with a simple one-colour or two-colour logo for the cleanest result, and stick to a colour that contrasts with your design. Share your headcount and event type in a quotation request, or chat on WhatsApp, for the team to suggest the options.
