Custom Acrylic Medal Printing

Yes, the page describes advanced UV printing that handles full-colour artwork, gradients, photos and fine graphics on acrylic. That makes detailed logos and mascots possible, though very thin lines should be kept bold enough to read on a small medal face.

It is made from acrylic, a rigid clear plastic sheet that is cut to shape and printed with UV ink. It is lighter than metal and shows crisp colour, which makes it popular for modern, design-led awards, though it cannot give the polished metal look of a traditional medal.

Yes, the page says custom shapes are possible with full-colour artwork, so a medal can follow your logo outline, a mascot or an event icon instead of a plain circle. Send your shape idea early, since complex outlines with narrow points are more fragile than simple rounded forms.

Yes, the minimum order is 20 pieces for bulk orders of acrylic medals. This suits company events, school competitions and association awards where a group of recipients each receive one. State your final headcount when requesting a quotation so the order is sized correctly.

UV-cured ink is generally fade-resistant, but long direct sun can eventually dull any printed colour. Hang acrylic medals indoors or keep them in a box when not worn, and ask the team how your artwork is expected to hold up over time before approving a large batch of medals.

Artwork can be supplied as JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD or PDF, with 300 DPI as the best resolution. CMYK is recommended because RGB or Pantone may print with a colour shift, and photo-style designs need a sharp original so the UV print stays crisp.

Acrylic resists everyday knocks but can show scratches if rubbed against hard surfaces, and it may crack if dropped or bent at a thin point. Store medals in a pouch or box, and clean them with a soft damp cloth rather than abrasive scourers.

The page does not state a fixed size or thickness, so request a quotation to confirm the sizes available. As a rule, larger medals show photos and detailed artwork better, while a smaller one is lighter on the neck, so decide based on how much design you need to fit.

Yes, a proof arrives for your sign-off before any ink is applied, and edits are still possible after ordering. Clear acrylic behaves differently from paper: white parts of the artwork can appear see-through unless the design is built to cover them, so ask how those areas will look before you approve.

Yes, their modern, design-led look suits staff milestones, hackathons, product launches and branded team days more than a traditional sports medal does. Print the event name and year on the face, and a logo-shaped or mascot-shaped medal can become a real conversation piece at the handover.

Choose acrylic when you want full-colour artwork, photos or a custom shape on a lightweight medal, which metal usually cannot match for detail. Metal suits a heavier, traditional prize look, so pick acrylic for branded, design-led events and metal for formal podium awards.

Start with your artwork: choose acrylic if it has colour, gradients or a photo, and a custom shape if the logo outline is distinctive. Send your design and quantity when you request a quotation, or chat with the team on WhatsApp to talk it through.
