Our full colour heat transfer dye-sublimation printing is more vibrant, contrast, sharper in comparison to any other types of printing. It has an eye-catching glossy finishing with at least 90% of the colours transferred when printing.

Each mug will be packed with individual clear plastic bag to ensure that the mug is chip-free. The mug is put into separate printed soft board box packaging that keeps your mug safe for delivery or storage.

We deliver it directly by Aramex courier. Lalamove's same-day delivery service can also be arranged if within the KL / Selangor area.

What are Printcious' payment terms?

For orders RM 2,000 and above, we will process the order after payment of the deposit. At least 70% deposit and 30% balance before delivery.

What types of fonts can I use in my design?

You can use whatever font in your design. If you design it with an AI file, make sure you have created the outline for us.

What is the optimal design resolution?

300 DPI is the optimal graphic resolution for printing. Any DPI less than this will result in poor print quality. The final printed product quality is determined by the file provided by the customer.

What format do I need to submit my design/artwork?

Our graphic team can handle most graphic files, such as JPEG/PNG/AI/PSD/PDF files.

I don't have any ideas or artwork. Will Printcious design for me?

We do help customer to design their products for a fee or for free, depending on the design complexity and order quantity.

Which colour mode is appropriate?

Make sure your designs are in CMYK colour mode. Using colour mode or code in RGB or Pantone may cause colour variations in the printed result.

What if I need to update my artwork after placing the order?

Minor changes can be accommodated before production begins. Contact our team promptly to discuss any modifications.
