Custom Hand Flag Printing

Yes, hand flags use digital high-resolution full-colour printing, so gradients, photos and exact brand shades can all be reproduced. Send CMYK artwork rather than RGB to keep the printed colours close to what you approve in the proof and avoid surprises.

Yes, hand flags can carry your logo and brand colours, printed in digital high-resolution full colour. Since the flag is small and waved quickly, use one bold logo with few words, because tiny text becomes unreadable in motion and at a distance.

Yes, the minimum is 20 pieces for corporate bulk orders. Hand flags are usually handed out in numbers, so this quantity suits a rally, a sports day or a company event where a whole group waves matching flags. Share your headcount when you request a quotation.

JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD and PDF files are accepted, ideally at 300 DPI in CMYK. If you send AI, outline the fonts. For a small hand flag, a simple vector logo scales cleanly, whereas a screenshot pulled from a website will look pixelated.

Dimensions are not fixed on the page, so confirm the size in your quotation. As a rule, smaller flags are easier for children and long waving, while a larger flag shows more of your design but tires the arm sooner at a long event.

The page does not name the fabric or the stick material, so ask the team to confirm both in your quotation request. Hand flags are normally a printed fabric on a small pole; a smooth fabric prints colours more evenly, and a firm stick is easier for children and long waving.

Yes, we send a mockup of the hand flag for approval before printing, which lets you check logo size and colours on a small surface. Revisions are still possible after the order is placed, so tell the team if anything needs to move.

Yes, samples can be requested before you place a bulk order. Tell us the size and flag style you are considering so the sample shows the fabric feel and print quality of the hand flags you intend to hand out.

Yes, a company sports day, family day or rally works well, since each participant holds a flag and the group photo shows your logo repeated across the crowd. Order enough for every team member plus a few extras, and keep the design bold so it reads when waved quickly.

Hand flags give a crowd something branded to wave, which makes group photos, parades, rallies and sports days look unified. They also double as light giveaways that guests take home, keeping your logo in view at home or in the office long after the event ends.

Hand flags are small, held and waved by individuals, so they are ordered in larger numbers for crowds. Big flags are mounted on poles or stands to mark a location, so they are ordered in fewer pieces for entrances, roadsides and venues.

Order hand flags when each guest should hold one, and choose big flags to mark the entrance or stage. Fix your headcount and flag design first, since those set the quantity and artwork you need. Then request a quotation or chat with us on WhatsApp.
