Custom Ready Design Sublimation T-shirt Printing

Yes, the page supports all-over prints as well as front and back printing. All-over designs are where sublimation stands out, because the ink dyes into the fabric, so patterns can run across seams and edges without any raised layer or stiff patch on the shirt.

Sublimation turns special ink into gas under heat and presses it into polyester fibres, so the colour becomes part of the fabric. It gives vivid full-colour results with no feel on the surface, but only on polyester or high-polyester fabrics.

Sublimation shirt artwork can come as JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD or PDF, ideally at 300 DPI in CMYK, with any AI text converted to outlines. For all-over designs, extend the background beyond the edge of each shirt panel (bleed), otherwise a thin white line can show along the seams once the pieces are sewn.

Yes, sublimation handles bright full-colour artwork, gradients and photos because the ink dyes into the fabric. Results are strongest on white or light polyester, since the shirt colour mixes with the ink, so a pale yellow shirt will shift your blues and reds towards green or orange.

Sizes run from XS to 3XL in a unisex round neck cut. You can mix sizes and fabric colours inside one order as long as they share the same design, so a team and its staff can be dressed from a single quotation.

Yes, the page lists them for teamwear, sport, work, school, corporate and event use. The quick-dry polyester interlock suits fun runs, sports days and outdoor team-building, where staff sweat, and an all-over print can give each department its own look.

Yes, bulk orders start at 20 pieces. That suits a school house, sports club or company event team, and since sizes and fabric colours can be mixed within one order using the same design, a group of mixed builds still counts as a single order.

Sublimation is among the more wash-resistant methods, because the dye bonds into the polyester fibres instead of sitting on top, so it does not crack or peel. Wash inside out in cool water and avoid bleach for the best colour life.

Not well. These shirts are 100% polyester interlock at 150GSM, and sublimation works best on light polyester. Dark fabrics typically need another method, it does not stick to cotton, and sublimation cannot print white ink, so any white in your design shows as the fabric colour. Keep the fabric light and the design colourful.

Yes, a mockup of your sublimation design is sent for approval before printing. The design can also still be revised after the order is placed, which is helpful when player names, numbers or sponsors need to change, so keep the final names list ready to send with your revised file.

Yes, samples can be requested before you place a bulk order. A sample lets you judge the 150GSM polyester feel and the colour saturation, which is useful before committing a whole squad to one design, and check how the shirt feels when worn for sport.

If your design is colourful or covers the whole shirt, choose this light-coloured polyester round neck with sublimation. For dark shirts or cotton, ask about DTF instead. Request a quotation or chat with us on WhatsApp, and share your design idea.
