Custom Foamboard Printing

Yes, foamboards are printed digitally in high-resolution full colour, so photographs, gradients and fine text reproduce without a limit on colour count. Keep important text and logos away from the board edges, where trimming can clip them, and leave a small safe margin in the layout.

Yes, foam boards are printed in digital, high-resolution full colour, so logos, product photos and event graphics all work. Print quality depends partly on the image you supply, so use high-quality images and avoid stretching small images across a large board.

Yes, corporate bulk orders start at 20 pieces. That suits a set of promotional displays for several outlets or an exhibition, and the digital process means you can print different artwork per board within one job if you ask. Request a quotation and the team will confirm the details.

Solid dark backgrounds can print well, but large flat dark areas show scuffs and fingerprints more easily on a board that gets handled, so choose the finish with that in mind. Colours also look different under shop lighting than on screen, so check the approved proof before the full run.

Send JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD or PDF files at a minimum of 300 DPI in CMYK, because anything lower prints poorly. RGB or Pantone colours may shift slightly, and AI files need their fonts outlined. Minor changes are still accepted before production starts.

Foam boards suit short-term displays, and outdoor use can cause fading over time. The page advises UV coating or lamination to reduce this, but it does not say Printcious offers them, so ask in your quotation before relying on a board for a long outdoor run.

The page does not list fixed sizes or thicknesses, so confirm what is available in your quotation. Thickness matters: a thicker board stands upright on its own for counter or floor displays, while a thinner one is lighter to carry and easier to mount on a wall.

Choose matte when the board will sit under bright lights or be photographed, because it reduces glare. Glossy makes photos and strong colours look more vivid in softer lighting. The page mentions both finishes as a choice, so state your preference when you request a quotation.

Yes, the page states samples are available before you order. Ask for one in the board thickness and finish you are considering, so you can check print sharpness and rigidity, and how well it handles transport, before committing to the full bulk quantity.

Foam board is lighter and easier to cut and hang, which makes it a good fit for indoor, short-term displays such as promotions and trade shows. PVC board is generally sturdier for longer outdoor use, so choose by how long and where the sign will stay.

The page lists signage, posters, photo displays, trade shows, promotions, in-store marketing and events. Companies often use them for welcome boards, product feature panels and offer displays, since the board is lightweight, takes full-colour print and can be replaced easily when the campaign changes.

Decide by where it will stand: a thicker board for free-standing counter or floor displays, a thinner one for wall mounting, and a protective coating if it faces sunlight. Then request a quotation or chat on WhatsApp so the team can confirm the options.
