Custom Mockup Cheque Printing

A mockup cheque is a printed, cheque-style card used as a prop to present a prize, incentive or donation amount at events. It looks like a cheque but cannot be cashed, which makes it ideal for ceremonies, giveaways and photo opportunities.

A corporate bulk order begins at 20 pieces, so a single department award, a staff incentive draw or a company anniversary celebration can each be covered by one run. Tell us your quantity and the occasion when you request a quotation.

Yes, you can put your company logo and event details on the cheque, and the FAQ mentions pre-designed PSD templates you can customise. Digital printing suits personalised pieces, so ask in your quotation whether each cheque can carry a different recipient name.

Yes, they are printed digitally in high-resolution full colour on white cardstock, which keeps fine borders and small lines of text sharp. Names and amounts are part of the artwork, so finalise every wording and figure before you approve the proof.

Yes, full-colour printing means the cheque background, border and logo can follow your brand palette. The base is white cardstock, so pale tints print as a soft shade, while darker colours give stronger contrast for the recipient name and the amount.

JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD and PDF are accepted, prepared in CMYK at 300 DPI. Fine details such as small bank-style text and borders print crisply only at that resolution, and AI files should have their fonts outlined. Minor changes are accepted before production starts.

The page does not list sizes, so state the size you need in your quotation. Choose based on use: a compact size for staff handouts and wallets, a larger format for stage presentations or photo moments where the cheque must be read from a distance.

They are printed on white cardstock using digital, high-resolution full-colour printing. Cardstock is stiff enough to hold up in handling and photographs well, but it is not a security paper, so these pieces are for display and presentation only, and the design can be previewed with the online design tool before you order.

Yes, samples can be requested before you place a bulk order, so you can check the cardstock feel and print detail. Mention the size, layout and any variable names you plan so that the sample reflects your final cheque design, and compare it with the design proof you approve before printing.

No, a mockup cheque is a printed prop for presentations, incentives and photo moments, not a negotiable bank instrument. Make that clear on the design, for example with the word SAMPLE or a note that it is for display, so recipients do not mistake it for real payment.

Yes, the page lists corporate events, giveaways, employee incentives and new-hire training as uses. One customer ordered a cheque for every employee for an anniversary celebration, which shows how well a personalised piece works as a team-wide reward, and it suits new-hire training milestones just as well.

Choose by the moment it serves: a large format for stage presentations and group photos, a compact cardstock cheque for staff handouts. Use a ready PSD template if you are short on time. Then request a quotation or chat on WhatsApp for advice.
